Working with Jena was great. We were hesitant as we were moving to San Jose from DC and didn't know the area, we were going to buy the house remotely - sight unseen!, and we had heard horror stories about the housing market. Jena made us feel very comfortable, she provided good advice on the market and honest assessments of a couple of properties we liked. We felt we could trust her opinion - she was going to make sure we got the right house, not just any house to make a sale. When we found the house we really liked, she was not available to show it to us via FaceTime but quickly arranged for a colleague to walk us through. Still, as soon as she was in town she went to see the house for herself in order to give us her assessment. Only then did we feel comfortable enough to make an offer.
